Mr. Nadeem Hafeez

(Executive Director / Share Holder)

Nadeem Hafeez is Chief Executive Officer of BARG Financial Services with two decades of leadership across microfinance, SME lending and impact finance. He has overseen product strategy, digital adoption and partnerships that expanded outreach to underserved communities. At BARG he leads operational execution, strategic partnerships and new product innovation, with emphasis on responsible lending and solar finance. Nadeem holds a Master 's in Business Administration and has spoken at sector conferences on financial inclusion and green finance. Areas of expertise: Microfinance strategy; product development; partnerships; digital financial services.
